No Help Desk?
Many small companies don't have a full-time help desk their employees can turn to with computer or application questions. With our ongoing support you can sign your employees up individually or as a group. And with our one-time support, help is just an email away.
With ongoing support you get highest priority status. This means same business day email replies if received by 11AM PT. Any emails received after that will be replied to by 11AM PT the next business day.
Support includes emails, phone calls, online tutoring or meetings, programming, and application development. This option is great for a staff going through application training (e.g. Excel levels 1, 2, and 3). It's also a great choice for new VBA programmers. Call or email us for more details.
If you have an immediate need for assistance and aren't signed up for ongoing support, you can send us an email with your problem description and any relevant files. We'll have a quote by the end of the next business day. Our minimum support ticket is 3 hours, and a typical solution takes 8 to 20 hours. For larger projects, please refer to the development page.
